Kayle Fitness was founded by owner Kayle Connor with the aim to provide a fun training facility to help people enjoy exercise and live healthy lives.

Growing up Kayle was always into sports and played semi-professional rugby league in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Having always been passionate about health, nutrition and fitness, personal training was a natural career path for Kayle.

Starting out as a PT in a small studio, Kayle developed his experience working at big box gyms and health and fitness facilities in Australia and internationally, helping hundreds of people improve their life through exercise.

Kayle Fitness work with a wide variety of clients looking to tone up, improve performance, lose fat and gain muscle.

Kayle Fitness provide one on one personal training as well as small group training and group fitness classes that have been specifically designed to help you lose fat, build muscle and enhance your movement quality.
